There is also a powertoy available from microsoft for free, it isn't too bad.

Is there a site where one can convert a jpg or bitmap image to an animated .gif image? I see so many here....

Thanks Ray.. but anybody can crop and re-size- I was wanting to make an animated version. I also would like to find the -"resize object from fat to thin" option...which unfortunately no program I have seems to do. :rolleyes:

if you have a group of images, you can use gifworks.com to create a gif I think, online...otherwise, check out www.tucows.com for a bundle of shareware/freeware progs that could do it because Adobe would be a bit heavy handed *l*
