Looking into moving to USA
I really want to move to the USA california. I have been looking online how i would go on about doing it but seems it is really hard to get accepted into the U.S. I am a full time mummy, I volunteer in a nursery and starting a childcare college course in april, I want to work with children but what i have read seems college grade would not be enough to make me eligable to go. I am qualified beauty therapist and nail technician already. Would just like abit of information about the best way to get me out there alot i have read said only way some people would get out is to date & marry a U.S citizen well im all for that if it would help just wouldnt know where to look for an american man lol

From what you've told us I think your only chance of moving here is if you fall in love with an American.

What has given you this idea?

For BUNAC you must be a fully matriculated university student, and you can only do it during the summer. I'm not sure if a childcare course would work. You'll have to call BUNAC to see.
Also I have no idea what kind of complications being a mummy might entail. I've never heard of a family doing the BUNAC thing before.
As for falling in love, online dating is the worth a try. OkCupid is free. With California being the way it is, it helps if you are good looking. Might as well get used to that attitude sooner rather than later.
California is amazing. Good luck.

Getting a job in childcare over here, well it's a tough market, most folks have a masters in the subject these days.
Best bet if thinking about this route would be having a wedge of money and opening a franchise....but only if you can afford to lose a fair few hundred thousand.

Here is a recent thread about how people on BE met their foreign spouses. Some met their future spouse via the internet and had an internet relationship and then eventually met each other face to face on vacation and decided they were right for each other and got married.

www.match.com and www.eharmony.com.
If you are religious, www.christianmingle.com has been doing a lot of advertising on the TV recently.
There are quite a few sites that specialise in men looking for overseas wives, but they seem more Russia/ Ukraine etc focused or Far East.
