Hi - Just wondering if anybody could give me any info about Utah and Logan in particular. Lifestyle choices, climate, size that sort of thing.

We live in Logan..... It is also a University town, so lots of students around the place.

True, but what they lack in alcohol, they more than make up in flavour. Plus the OP will be close to Idaho which, although full of LDS, does not have UT's liquor laws.
