Leaving after the date on I94 slip
 

Hi all,

Does anyone know the consequenses of not returning on the date stated on the entry form to the USA?

I know that If you leave after 180 days of the date then you get a 3 year bar on returning, but i was wondering about leaving after 55 days - what's the penalty?

I'm also aware that my B2 visitors VISA will be invalid after just one day over the I94 date - but are there any fines or bans to your knowledge?
