lawyers for litigation
Can anyone refer me to a lawyer for litigation where a company has failed to deliver what's been promised in coaching? This company in Utah front their services with some big names: Robert Allen, Mark Victor Hanson, Donald Trump. We're in the process of emigration to Ca; unfamiliar with US law and don't want to get ripped off. Are there any 'No win - no fee' lawyers? We're talking $8115 fee and over 1000 hours in time spent, with none of the promised return.

Talk about 'can't see the wood for the trees'! The coaching programme I'm talking about is presently being promoted right on this very page by Robert Allen... twice. It seems the advertisers rotate, so if you see Robert Allen advertising, click in and take a look. It's a different variation, on the same theme. They sell you up when you take the first nibble. Robert Allen has a sister company called PMG / Prosper Inc who sold us up to a coaching programme. The programme, on paper, is great, but we've been badly mistreated; finally threatened them with 'alternative action'; and now they've totally blanked us and won't finish the programme or even communicate with us.
