Tone

I'm sitting at the bar at the bottom of the street, having a quiet after work pint with a couple of friends, when all of a sudden there descends all these emergency vehicles to the Racetrac two doors down. Turns out a guy tried to run across the road (all 6 lanes) made it across 5 lanes, had a seizure and collapsed on the road. Woman driving up the right lane swerves onto the pavement to avoid him and takes out the fire hydrant, very near drowning the poor guy instead.
One total mess still provided a bit more "entertainment" than a normal thursday night.
