Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me if it's critical to have the past 3 years tax returns or if just the previous year is acceptable for the Vancouver Interview?
I'm also unclear about if the copy that my fiance has (he did his own taxes) is acceptable or do we have to get transcripts?
Any info is greatly appreciated!!!!
Thanks
Cindy

We submitted the last 3 years transcripts. He can call the 1-800 number of the IRS
and get the transcripts for free. It took 5 days to get them

The number to order transcripts is 1-800-829-1040. I also went to the IRS website and
downloaded a form which allowed me to send for certified copies of my last 2 tax
returns for $23 each. (For $23, you'd think they would be framed, not just certified
<g>). I understand, though, that transcripts are adequate. However, since then I have
been told that in Montreal we won't need the last 3 years transcripts, only the last
years, so I suppose this is all overkill. Good luck.

you do not need tax returns for the K-1 interview unless the USC is self employed.
