You know what really used to irritate me- when I worked as a cashier part time at a grocery and people would be on their cell phone THE WHOLE TIME I was checking them out. THAT is rude.

About time..should be banned in all States. Smoking may be a mild distraction..as is listening to the radio.. but cell phone use while driving is downright dangerous.
