L1b Visa

IF THE COMPANY CLOSES WHERE I WORK AND MY VISA IS STILL GOOD DO I HAVE TO GO BACK TO MY COUNTRY OR CAN I GET ANOTHER JOB UNTILL MY VISA EXPIRES

I'm assuming your current employer went out of business?? Your L1 visa is only good for the company that sponsored it. You cannot get a job with another company on this particular visa. You'd have to get another company to sponsor you.
