L1 Visa - self application or hire a lawyer
Hello
I am a partner in a UK based family software business with worldwide clients. We opened a branch in USA. I will be only employee for the short term. Just back from Houston/Texas - formed the company (LLC), rented office space, opened business bank account etc. Planning to relocate ASAP with family to build the business. * As far as I can tell the L-1 visa might be the best option. Does anyone have any experience of how easy /difficult it is to get the VISA granted? How long does it take? * I already spoke to our new bank and they didn't seem to think getting a mortgage would be too much of a problem. Does anyone have and advice about buying property - prefer to buy as have horses? Please direct me to existing topics if possible. Sorry for the rambling. Many Thanks James |
Re: L1 Visa - self application or hire a lawyer
get a lawyer - it will cost you but should make the process a lot less stressful for you
I got an L1B and without the lawyer it would have been a mess |
