I am L1 in US i have the following question.
1. Will my husband be able to work if he comes in L2.
2. WIll he be able to get involved in buisness activity if he come here in L2.

The short answer is no. an L2 visa holder is not allowed towork for money or become
involved with business. He will be allowed to go to school and that's about it.
The long answer is that there is currently a bill before the senate that if passed
would allow L2 visa holders to work, but that has been around for a while and god
only know when or if they will pass it.
If your husband wants to work, then he will have to apply for his own H1B visa.
