L1 denied
 

Im from Peru. I have a 797 form aproved form BCIS but when I went to US Consulate in LIma I had problems. First I waited for 5 months and then I had an interview. She said I need more documents and a month later they denied my visa and canceled my tourist visa saying "material misrepresentation" and that I haven´t worked full time for the firm that sponsored me. That is not true. They believed that, because I have been working from Chile for them.
I have another interview next week because I want to reopen my case. If they denied it again, Can I apply for a tourist B1-B2 or I Can´t ever come back to US?
