The only one I got wrong entirely was Nevada -- but that's only because it was early on, it's not a border state and there were no other states already around to "anchor" it to, if you know what I mean.

Ok, not too bad on the Europe map, either:

Average Error: 139 miles (!)
Time: 319 seconds

The main trouble I had was with the smaller countries, like San Marino and Vatican City, which are literally specks you can't even see to match up with! Many times my mouse was larger than the country I was trying to find!

Still, given that I still have the Cold War era map of Europe floating around in my brain I think I did a pretty good job.

I impressed myself with 68% too playing fit the shape, rather than knowing any but the obvious ones. It helps to know the straight edged states are generally on the left and the irregular ones generally on the right, Pennsylvania notwithstanding.
