Keeping up with UK school curriculum

Keeping up with UK school curriculum
As the Summer is arriving I've been poking around the 'Net looking for some resources to keep the kids academically active between Angry Birds and playing in the parks. I discovered this last night and was rather impressed.

Quite a few lesson plans and worksheets for kids to fill out, week-by-week.
Got me wondering if anyone else has found some resources that have similar items to print out and give to the kids. Some short-term expats want to supplement those bits of UK education they aren't getting here (such as UK or EU history classes) so there kids won't be behind when they move back, so I was wondering what others recommend?

If you can access it the BBC schools site is good for information and activities.

Not based on the UK curriculum but my Dd does at least one video and test most days on https://www.khanacademy.org/ It's free and goes from Basic maths all the way to university classes. It's supported by the Gates foundation and Dd has improved her math skills from below standard at the beginning of the school year to above standard on her final report for the end of the school year yesterday.
Not just maths either.
