K3 interview delay
 

Talk about frustration! My husband got up bright and early for his K3 visa interview. However, when we arrived, they told us the consulate was closed for a "holiday" but could not give the reason. They said they had tried to call us at home the night before to reschedule (which makes no sense considering we have to be here days in advance for labs, etc.)

So, they told us to come back on July 30th for the interview. I'm so disappointed, but the 30th isn't too far off. Just that they play around with people's emotions and then can't give us a reason as to why we can't be seen that day. P.S. It obviously wasn't for security purposes, seeing that the guard out front was asleep on his machine gun.. :)

Will give an update after my husband actually has his interview...
