k3 and I-130 visa imformation
 

Hello Eevryone,
Can u help to find my file from nabraska please:
1. I got married to US citizen from BEllevue on 12 Dec.2000
2. He applied for my i-130 visa in april 2001.
3. He applied for my k3 visa on 24 may 2002.
But still he didn't got approval from nabraska eventhough its over to three months for k3 visa,
why its taking so long to get k3 visa evethough time limit for k3 visa is 3 months

Missouri has been at a stand still for about a month. It seems that they are
starting to move again. If you look further down the list, you see that they
recently approved someone from the 15th of May. There were others that just received
approval and their date was from april

Sarbpreet,

We have been waiting for I-129f approval for the K3 visa since April 10th. We have
finally made a congressional inquiry, which your husband should also do. Have you
collected your documents for the consular interview? Sometimes it takes several
weeks to obtain a police letter from your country. Unfortunately, there is not much
you can do other than wait to hear from your husband's congressperson on what might
be causing the delay. From what I've read, there are still many I129f for K3 cases
from April and May being processed.
