K1 Process DS 230 Pt 1 and Avidavit
 

Three queries for your assistance.
1. Question 16: fathers date of birth and place of Birth, my father is deceased and my mother is getting senile and cant remember and all our family records have been lost and although i am able to give his DOB i have no idea where he was born will this be an acceptable answer for the Consulate for a K1 interview.

2. Question 23 Educational Institutions I interpret this to mean colleges and technical colleges and not secondary and primary schooling.

3. Avidavit of support am I as the UK person required to fill in this form or is it only the USA citizen.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated

Answer what you can, put "not known" for those you do not know.

Please accept my sincere thanks fo your help, Shelley ref my Dads place of birth this is not shown on my Birth cert only the address of Mother & Father at the time.
