The instructions for the affidavit of support form (I-134), says that you need to submit one form per person, even though my son is going to be on the form for me anyway.

I am looking to take my son with me when I (assuming I/we get approved) go to the US and my fiancee [the USC] was asking if we need to do seperate affidavit of support forms for both my son as well as for me.

Can anyone who has done this for both a K1 and K2 let me know if we need one or two 134's please?

Brian.

Easy way: fill out one form...copy the filled out form...sign both the original and
the copy notarized....voila! You have two forms! That is how i would do it.

Brian,

I only supplied one (1) form, which served for both my wife and her son when they were applying for their K-1 and K-2 visas.

Regards, JEff

Alvena,

That's what we would do if we needed 2 forms, but I was looking to see if we actually needed to do the forms once for me and again for my son, but others here say that I only need one I-134 for the interview. Is that right?
