K1 Consulate forms, help pls!

Q: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? YES/NO

I am not sure if I-129F is an immigrant or non-immigrant visa petition?

I-129f is a non-immigrant visa (I know, that's silly, they obviously plan to stay).

Technically the K-1 is a non-immigration visa. I would mark it yes and fill in I-129F.
