K-3 & police record?

K-3 & police record?
Anyone know if the questionairre that asks if you've ever been arrested or convicted automatically disqualifies you if you answer yes? What if you've been arrested but not convicted?
When I was younger I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was arrested for mischief but the day I was supposed to go to court to plead innocent, my lawyer called and said the charges had been stayed, which meant if I didnt get in trouble with the law for 12 months, they would be dropped... which they obviously were.
Does anyone know if this will present any problems for me and my K-3 application?
