Now I like to mock the general ignorance of the UK in ths US as much as the next British Expat but I think there are mitigating circumstances here. I can see where confusion could arise. Wales is frequently mentioned in the same sentence as England. This is no doubt due to their shared legal system. Also, the highlight of the English football season takes place in Wales.
