(Of course, my grandmother would have disagreed: Starting in her 20s, she always shaved a year off her age. As if saying you're 32 instead of 33 makes a difference!)

I wish people would just realize that people come to this site with support and questions, not to be told that their opinions are inaccurate and that they just need to 'chill out' get over it. How would you like it if you came to someone with a problem or issue you were having and they just said "chill out." Uh, thanks..Roll Eyes

Tony's meats do a nice line in danish bacon/sausages and battered haddock. One on S.Broadway and also one near the outlet mall on Santa fe....Call them before you head down there as they get it delivered twice a week I think..
For nibbles, whole fods is the don daddies for me - just walked out with $40 of digestives and sage and onion stuffing...woot!
Welcome to CO. I love it here!!!!

To the OP you may have already noticed that many of the names mentioned do not operate in CO, a big country with many regional variations.
Whole Foods I would recommend, best compared to Waitrose/M&S. But nothing really is the same.
I use Safeway/KingStupids for day to day, Whole Foods every now and again, and Costco for bulk.
Bread is expensive, but there is no need to eat pap. All the above have in store bakeries, Whole Foods has a very wide range.
You might see Cadburys on a 10 for $10, not quite the same, S African?, but close enough.
I have never been that keen on keg beer, paying over the odds for British keg beer is hardly needed, CO has many micro breweries, most of which are pretty good in their own right, you will not get a comparable draught beer.

So did you get the bumps? Do they even do that here?
