Whoa, don't get too excited yet. In your previous threads you were told that you would probably need to re-train, and you'd need a sponsor. Did you fill in an online form and it told you your GC would arrive by first class post? You were also warned about agencies. Why Tennessee now, when you were so dead set on Texas previously?

Sorry to be so negative but I see red flags unless there's something you haven't told us.

You say you've passed the first step. What was that step, can you explain?

An agent is going to contact you? That just sounds odd. If you're paying an agency to help you get a green card, you're likely to be ripped off. If you need professional assistance, you should consult with an immigration attorney only...not an agent or agency.

A green card (permanent resident card) is something you apply for from within the USA. You're saying during this past month you've managed to get a visa to come to the USA, and are now inside the USA applying for your green card? Almost impossible to do, and very confusing.
