Question Johnsons Baby in Texas

My friend in Dallas is having a baby next month and I wanted to put a little "care package" together for her of products that are not available in the US. I've bought a couple of Johnsons baby products, the ones with the yummy smell because when I was last over in the US I couldn't find any for my own child. Ofcourse this might have changed so does anyone know if they are "freely" available in Texas, Dallas specifically? I mean in places like Babies r Us or similar, not via special order or "brit shops".

Thanks in advance.

Johnson's baby products are widely available all over the U.S. The powder and shampoo are in our bathroom here in Arizona.

It might be cheaper to purchase a "baby" gift basket or similar from an online site in the US.

Have you heard of Burt's Bees? They have a range specifically for babies named "Baby Bee". I've bought a lot of their products for my sister-in-law's children and also a friend's newborn.

All products are almost entirely natural, and free of artificial colourings and additives.

Their website is www.burtsbees.com

They even have a factory outlet that has products are greatly reduced prices (I've bought lots of stuff from this part of their store).

Farleys rusks - not been able to find them (or anything similar) anywhere! Maybe an odd present for a newborn, but I wish someone had bought us some!

Oh yes! Thanks for the reminder.....I sent some over to another friend a few years ago and she loved them (or her baby did), only she spoke about putting them in his bottle! which I recall it said NOT to do on the instructions.

My husband used to eat more than my daughter ever did!!!

If you still want/need some PM or email a snail mail addy and I'll pop you a pack or two in the post.

(I work on a sort of "round robin" principle, I do something nice for you, you do something nice for someone else and the whole world might one day do something nice for someone else.

Thanks for the offer, but its a bit late for our little guy now - he's turning one next month, and has moved on to remote controls and chairlegs for his jaw exercise!

ps - like the 'round robin' principle though....
