Re: Johnnie Cochran
I was watching one his friends on Larry King live last night and
Larry King said, "How do you think Mr. Cochran would like to be remembered?"
Friend said, "As an honest man."
HONEST!! I nearly spat my imported PG Tips all over myself. The guy who got OJ Simpson off wants people to think he's honest.

1. Why on earth is Johnny Cochran one of your favourites, that is ridiculous having a lawyer who represents the scum of the earth and gets them off is not even on my list of people I merely like a little
2. Why is he number 2 on Famous people, he is famous for getting famous people off, that really doesnt make him a celebrity in his own right
3. Since when did Terry Shivo become a celebrity, she is famous for being brain dead, so is GWB, ok you win on that one
Patrick

Re: Johnnie Cochran
Well, I truly (genuinely) am sorry to hear he has passed away.
My lasting memories of old John over these last 10 years or so have been of seeing him scouring the hedgerows of Los Angeles and Orange counties (mostly in the company of a stocky big guy, built like a football player and having trouble getting a pair of gloves on). No kidding, Santa Monica, Ventura Freeway, as far north as the Simi Valley - you name it, they were there. It was almost as if they were looking for perhaps, dare I say, the real killer in some kind of a murder (maybe even a serial murder). Well, maybe not ... my old eyes are not what they used to be.
