Bear in mind this does not mean you will escape customs/excise/state sales taxes. Most products ordered online from overseas are sent as commercial shipments rather than gifts, which means taxes! I've been unpleasantly surprised myself on that score. Depends on the state, but if you're in California - watch out. You could end up paying more than the cost of the item in taxes.

Just make sure the bedding sizes match..the dimensions for king/queen etc are slightly different here, as we discovered when we bought some US mattresses for our UK bunk bed frame!

Yes, I thought of that. I have a kingsize bed, so not sure if the UK superking is the same or not

Man, wish we'd had this before buying our mattresses! We have to stuff the extra three inches down the side of the frame, lol. Not easy!
