I finally got my EAD in the mail on Saturday, and have started looking for jobs. Within 10 minutes of uploading my resume to an online agency, I received the following email:

I had a second call from a major insurance company this week who I already interviewed for previously out of curiosity. When I told the cold caller I'd already seen Mr so and so and been interviewed she did not know what to say.
I'm sure some people do very well in insurance - just seems like a lot of turnover
