Thanks to everyone who responded. It's an entry level job with a company, but they are looking for someone to fast track.

I was offered the job at the interview.

I'm hoping that it will be OK...

I've not had much luck with employment in the US out of the 4 jobs I've had, the first was for a chiropractor who was could only keep staff for 4 or 5 months.... (I lasted 18 mths) The next job was in a larger company where I was subjected to some nasty treatment by one individual, and when HR found out, (not through me) they made my working time very difficult, by removing responsibilities, changing my start time to be almost the middle of the night, etc. The 3rd job was good, and my 4th job lasted 2 days as I couldn't have coped with the employer who was a bit nuts: for example he didn't want me to have a bottle of water on the desk in case i spilled it on the computer, and was just very strange.

I work for myself but after 2 years I'm not generating the income that I need, I'm certainly not hitting my pension goals.

So I'll let you know how it goes!

If you were a pencil and put in a blender, what would we get from you?

Allegedly a current Goldman Sachs question...the answer must be sub prime loans?

"It's hard to say what the result would be, but I know it could be securitized with the right insurance from AIG, and a favourable report from Moody's."
