ITIN and Interview
I have my interview at the london emabssy in a couple of weeks - do I have to have the original tax forms or will copies do - also do I have to copy I 864??

Copies of your 1040s are fine.
The consulate needs to keep the original of the I-864 - complete with notary stamp. You keep a copy for your own records.
You should not send original documents to London INS - they tell you that they will not return them and to only send photocopies. Unless they have indicated to you that they will return yours, you may want to apply for a new BC from your state of birth. We recently applied online for BCs from Ohio and Massachussets, and received both of them by return of post. If your BC is a UK one, these are also issued within a day or two.
