Default Interview requirements...documents

Hi,

I would really apprecite if someone could tell me what do people bring with them at the interview appointment? My mom has an interview appointment soon. Does she have to bring all the copies of her documents (original documents that she already filed) at the interview such as taxes, applications, birth certificates etc, everything she filed basically? Is it a MUST to have them? She already filed everything already when we applied(AOS)

Thanks and have a good weekend!

Tina

I take it your talking about AOS interview?

There's a visa/immigration forum which will best help you.

But basically, bring everything under the sun that you can think of, and that is on that check list they send you, it's better to have it and not need it, than not have and have your case delayed until you get another appointment when you can bring the documents...

You don't mention which visa it is you're Mom's hoping to get. Without this information, posters don't know how to answer.

Also, there's various US immigration related forums elsewhere on BE. Please look at previous threads because your question has problem been posted by others. Otherwise, please post in one of those forums.

I'm closing this thread.
