INS missing notice
 

I applied for AOS in July, and was sent a notice requiring several pieces of information. Amonst these was the original I129f approval noticec which my wife never recieved. We have written, faxed and called the Texas service centre without success.

I finally went to the INS office in Oklahoma City, and spoke to a very nice lady who said that they could get the notice from their system and that all we needed to do was write a short note explaining about the notice on the letter they sent and hand that in.

HUGE sigh of relief.
