Default inhumane, these administrative reviews

Is there others out there who are under administrative review besides russia and china. This is such inhumane treatment. We have been waiting over two months with no word. It really saddens me that others get visa same day as interview. We have to wait for review in which we did no wrong. We should have been the lucky ones to get it the same day. I am talking about india now.

HOW CAN ONE REASON WHY OR TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHY ONE GETS VISA SAME DAY WHILE OTHERS HAVE TO WAIT MISERABLY FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS.

I know nothing is fair in this life, but come on, does it make sense why one has to suffer for no reason AND SEE OTHERS GET APPROVED SO EASILY. We did nothing wrong, all papers in correct order, no lyeing, no medical and no criminal record at all. Why is this happening.

Is anyone in our situation wondering. Please tell me how you are dealing with this situation and how one can move on and get on with life. Is there anyone who we can go to to get help in this matter.

This is so painful

Amy,
At the end of the month I will fly to Havana to be with my wife for her
interview at the Interest Section. I already know that even if everything is
perfect with our papers, and the interview goes fine, that she will not receive
her visa that day. Her file will be sent to Washington, DC, for a further
security check, for what is said to be a "minimum of eight weeks, with no
maximum mentioned." Why? Because Cuba was recently added to the list of
"States that Sponsor Terror." Were there Cubans on any of the planes that
attacked this country? No. Has there ever been an actual act of terror
committed against the US by the Cuban government? No. In fact the opposite is
true. If my wife were Saudi where most of the terrorists came from, or
Pakistani, where they studied, she would get a visa the day of the interview.
Is this frustrating? Yes, extremely so. That said I am still happy for the
folks who get their visas quickly. This policy is not the fault of the other
couples trying to be together.
The only way that I deal with this is to keep in mind that five or ten years
down the road these few months won't matter. I am not belittling your
emotions. I have felt the same way myself, and I began this process almost two
years ago. I don't believe there is anyone to go to. If there were I would be
one of the first. This is morally wrong, but legally acceptable. It does not
seem that there is a "Constitutional Right" for us to have our spouses here.
I hope all of our waiting ends quickly!
Marc
