Default For Ingo Re DCF and Canada

Just for your information, there is no direct consular filing for adjustment of status based on marriage to a USC in all of Canada.

That was curtailed in 1997 and has never been reinstated. Also there is only one US Consulate that will handle the final part of the I-130 for a Canadian spouse still residing in Canada and that is the US Consulate in Montreal. There are only two US Consulates in Canada that handle the K visas (1, 2, 3,4) and that is Montreal and Vancouver.
