Default immigration status

Hi..

On the immigration forms that I have to complete following my recent marriage it asks for 'current immigration status'....I arrived on the VWPP but am now married....so where does that leave me???

Your status is visitor. Marriage does not change your status, only filing adjustment
of status BASED ON the marriage will change your status. Alvena
