Can anybody recommend a good and experienced immigration attorney in New Jersey, ideally in Bergen County.
Thanks

Any particular reason? For most individuals an immigration attorney is unnecessary unless they have a criminal record/issue (including drugs), or they are contemplating an esoteric visa, such as investment, performance, extraordinary skills, etc.

Experienced in which type of immigration? Marriage-based? Employment-based? Investment-based? Most immigration lawyers specialize in certain types of immigration.

Boiler is right. The potential employer will take care of the process through their own immigration lawyer. If they are a small firm and have never hired a foreign worker, they will want to consult with one for sure. But it's not your job to find one for them.

That's a lot easier said than done, and unless you're contemplating some sort of self-employment / investment visa it probably isn't possible. ..... Your best shot might be an E-2 working for a British-owned company (assuming you're British too), on an uncapped H-1B working in education, but in both cases the employer deals with the lawyer.
