Hello. In america visiting family..appt with a immi lawyer tomorrow to check and see I have everything and pay him aa one off $60 fee (discounted through my mom's "lawyer friends"). Anyway, situation is.. I am going back to London to be with Greg for two months, then he is coming to US on tourist visa for one month.. leaving Nov 30th. I will file the Petition next week. The question is... will he be able to schedule the interview for when he returns to London in Dec?... what if he gets "the packet" or whatever while he is over here visiting the US? Is anything that we are doing illegal since he is going back to the UK before coming over here on his K-1 visa? Hope all is good, because we've thought long and hard and it's all very complicated, but we're dealing...
