That's not true at all. I get all the way from Milwaukee to Chicago (downtown to downtown) in a little over an hour (usually between 1:05 and 1:15). In no traffic, I would say Kenosha is less than 40 minutes from downtown Chicago. I have travelled this I-94 route every week (Milwaukee to Chicago) for several years now.

It will help if you know the school district.

This is a very good web site for info on results, amount of students to teacher ratio, ethnic background etc.
