Its because we flippen drive every where, where as back home we would walk to the store and carry a bag of shopping back with us, if we did that in the US our sanity would be questioned lol.
I started here as a size 4US and am a 6US now and that is starting to lean a bit to the size 8
I am 5ft 7-8 not sure lol but do not want to get any bigger, some folk suit being a bigger size it goes with whom they are, I would not judge someone on thier size but personally I just don't want to be a BIG girl, and as the ciggies are no more the other C has taken its place in abundance CHOCOLATE

I am all legs 34ins so I get the excess on the top half of my body (NO NOT MY TITS before any of the men comment)) and my face ballons if it averaged out all over that would be great, but it seems to stop at my stomach in general..

Oh believe me the areas that you don't look after drop with age, I am 43 and can see the legs need a bit of a tone flabby at the top, and the tummy could well be a Mrs Pilsbury in the next few years LMAO

...and I am the heaviest I have ever been. When I arrived in the US 2 years ago I was fit healthy and almost my ideal weight. I am due to go back to UK soon and do not want to take this weight with me.
So inspiration suggestions or anyone want to join BE fit club?
I have started my food diary and been shopping for lots of fresh food. I blamed my job for a lot of my unhealthy eating being on the road all the time, have finished work now, so no excuse.

Lots of water & exercise also good.
PS I know all the theory, just not good at putting it into practice!

Men like big arse's and thunder thighs most don't like to admit it but better then a boney old flabby arse lol..
its when folk are a bit over weight and they have thier butt crack showing IE PARK YOUR BIKE HERE from wearing their pants to low YUK

Umm!!! well excluding teenagers ...
Most Men have a variety of faves when it comes to initial attraction ...
thin, fat, tall, short, whatever ..but once past that inital thing ...
then the often overlooked traits come into play ..
Your personality will come into the equation ... and that will rule
as any relationship come into play ..
So in the end men care more for you than your looks ...
