There is a pipe blockage situation in the guest house, which the landlord has attempted to repair once, but is still leading to some sewage overspill and smell, upsetting the guest house tenants.. |

What has your lawyer said?
You do not put anything into writing. Your lawyer puts things into writing. Make sure you are in the right (legally) before proceeding. |

It has been said a few times (once already by me), do not write anything in a letter or email unless through your own attorney.

I would steer clear of it all now. You've been kind and offered advice. Just be aware that you also do not want to have a bad relationship with your landlord. Stay out of it! |
