Where are you Elvira? In the States or UK?
If you're in the UK, you can't go wrong with Hotpoint. We get all our white goods from them, and have never had any breakdowns or problems at all.
If you can't be arsed, this is where t'internet always comes into its own. Do a quite price comparison thingie, find one that looks good and order it online - then sit back with a glass of chablis and wait for the knock on the door!! Perfick!

Good luck

Regards Keira

I would say - don't get a Bosch. I had one (thought it was better being 'European') etc. But it didn't last long. The spare parts are very expensive/hard to find/expensive to work on.
Now have a run of the mill GE which works fine.
I do like the 'full front' doors (ie without the horizontal split across the door at the bottom).

My Whirlpool has been going fine for the last 4 years, though it's a bit gunked up in places.

Why oh why don't they have dishwasher salt to keep it pristine here?

Glen Ellyn Service Crew will become famous soon enough

Just bought one for my new kitchen. Nice stainless steel one with hidden controls. Made by KitchenAid and cost $900. It is great, gets everything spotless even dried on stuff.

Fridigaire cos its what we could afford and its not too shabby either. Given the money I'd buy another Bosch like the one we had back in the UK

I would recommend you make sure it has whirly arms top, middle and bottom. When we were in a rental the dishwasher only had one spray arm...it was crap at cleaning the dishers. Also if you have an open plan house...make sure it's super quiet.
