So I'm planning on moving to the states to be with my partner in the next year but I need your help/advice in regards to what's the best route to go down to take my dog with me?

You might want to start by reading this prior thread. Have you sorted what visa you will be moving on?

Definitely look at the Cunard Queen Mary 2. It was a great experience and you have time to get on the list/waitlist. You can carry as much baggage as will fit in your stateroom! We did it 10 years ago in May.

Agreed. It’s a great way to travel Transatlantic, especially if you have a dog.
