Default I-751

Hi there ..

Couple of simple questions but want to make sure we fill this form in 100% correct and wondering if anyone can help.

The first question is what does c/o mean on the I-751 form, part 1 ?

Second question : any children and then it asks for A number, immigration status - we have had a child and he was born a USA citerzen - do we just put this in here.

Would appreciate anyone who can help

Regards Jill Curtis

It means "care of", an abbreviation meaning your are getting your mail
in the care of someone else. We just left the line blank.

The question says "List ALL Children", so you should list all children
of the immigrant.
For immigration status of the child, put US citizen.

c/o means "in care of" in case your mailing address is "under" someone's
else.
It is widely used in the with the USP services.
If your mailing address is the same of your home address put N/A.

List your child and once again put N/A

d/A means not applicable

If the form is being submitted for a minor, then 'care of' makes more sense.
