I-485 receipt notice?

I-485 receipt notice?
I filled I-485 and got only cash receipt. How will I know how many weeks it take to get a feedback or any other receipt notice if any? I want to apply for Advance Parole but I do not know if my I-485 "pending" or not.

Hold on to that receipt. It is the only proof you have right now that you
applied for AOS.
The cash register receipt is the only one you'll get until you get a letter
for the AOS interview date. That letter may take some time, maybe a year or
more.
Use a copy of that receipt to apply for AP if needed.
If you applied for the EAD you should get a letter with a date to come pick
it up.
