I-270 Columbus sniper

Hey if anyone is going through Columbus OH and will be taking the south outerbelt of I-270, beware there is a sniper out there, take the north outerbelt to avoid it.

I just can't understand why it took the authorities so long to decide this was indeed a sniper. This person has been operating on the same 5 mile stretch of highway for some time and has hit over 11? people.
