I-134 question

I-134 question

Can someone please tell me if when filling out the I-134 for question # 8 am I to put fiance' name, and also the same name for # 10? Question 10 also ask for date submitted is that the date I mailed the I29f or the date they started processing it?

I'm filling out my I-134 now too. I don't think you are supposed to put your fiance in question 8; if you have kids or anyone else dependent on you now you would put them in there. I'm putting my fiance's name in question 10. I'm not sure about the dates on question 10 though!
