I just finished filling up my I-134 and i have it notarized by a co-worker who is a notary. She signed it and affirm it but it don't have a notary seal/embossed. Is this okay?
Does I-134 has an expiry date from the time it was notarized?
Your reply is deeply appreciated.
Thank you.

I suspect that 99% of the I-134 forms that foreign consulates inspect will have a
seal or stamp on it. When yours comes across their desk without a stamp or seal of
sone kind might bring about some suspicion as to the validity of the notarization.
After all, they are trying to weed out the documents that are incomplete or
erroneous. PersonalIy, would get a stamp on it.

It is not a problem. Just be sure that the notary has placed her number, state of authorization, etc. under her signature and you will be fine.

No, it is not okay. The notary, if a real notary, must affix their seal or emboss the
page or stamp it with their stamp.

Yes, the I-134 is good for 6 months after notarization until given to a Consular
officer. Once given to a consular officer, it is good for 12 months.
