Would appreciate if someone could answer a few questions about I-134... (for K3 visa interview in London not as yet scheduled)

1) Do I need to file one I-134 each for wife and daughter??

2) Question 8...I assume that I place name of both wife and daughter here...how do I answer "Wholly Dependent" or "Partially Dependent" and how does this affect application?

3) Question 10...I have submitted visa petitions for both wife and daughter...Question is do I put non-immigrant visa petition (I-129f for K3) date or do I use I-130 dates for both wife and step-daughter???

I have seen differing advice on this board, but the I-134 instructions state
that an I-134 must be filled out for EACH person that is coming to the U.S.
