I-130 Approved - NSC
Tonite I called the NSC and my I-130 has been approved August 28th. The receipt date is April 2nd.
I'm in the US on a K3 visa and awaiting my EAD. (receipt date is August 13th.)
How soon do I have to apply for AOS? Can I wait till I'm working to earn the $$$'s myself? Or does it look bad to the INS if AOS is not submitted promptly?
