Default I-129F Question

Hi all,

This might sound like a stupid question but we are nearing the time to send our I-129F petition off and want to make sure we got everything right.

Does the I-129F petition have to be notarised? And if so, where do they notarise the form? I mean, where exactly on the form itself do they put the notary's stamp or seal?

No, the I-129f does not need to be notarized.

The I-134 that your fiance sends to you will have to be notarized.

Hi,

Does any of the visa paperwork need to be notorized that will be going with me to the
interview at the Embassy in the UK? My Fiance has a signed one in the U.S.

Thanks.

Joanne Knight.
