It worked for me.

I was approved 5/23/01 and I put next to the American Consulate Box #20 on I-129F
*PLEASE CABLE* I received a notice that stated my Approval was Cabled to the Embassy
in Warsaw. Although the date of the notice was
5/23/01 and as of today ( I called the embassy), they have not received my
information in Warsaw, only my fax that requested to open a provisional file.
Still waiting for Case ID in Warsaw and for them to open a provisional file?
